Hanold Associates Recruits CHRO for Ferrara Candy Company

Hanold Associates recruited Michael Goldwasser as the chief human resources officer of Ferrara Candy Company. Mr. Goldwasser will report to Todd Siwak, Chief Executive Officer of Ferrara and provide leadership and strategic management while ensuring execution of the company’s vision in all human resources activities. He’ll be located at the company’s Chicago-area headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace.

Mr. Goldwasser was previously chief human resources officer at Orbitz Worldwide where he drove multiple strategic initiatives, improved employee engagement and retention, redesigned retirement investment options for employees and guided the HR team and organization through an acquisition.
