Charles E. Smith Life Communities has tapped Hanold Associates for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) search.
Ashley Schiele and Omar Safi lead the search that will report to the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Terri Tanner-Hill and be located in the Washington DC area. The CHRO will play a vital role in continuing to shape and build the organizational culture, develop talent, and drive enhanced levels of employee engagement across the organization.
