Hanold Associates Launches VP HR Search for Live Nation Entertainment

Live Nation Entertainment tapped Hanold Associates for their Vice President Human Resources, US Concerts Division executive search. Keri Gavin and Mayank Parikh lead the search for the role based in Beverly Hills, California.

The US Concerts division is the heartbeat of Live Nation. The US Concerts division promotes and markets national tours with the world’s largest artists and most exciting up-and-coming musicians. They run over 4,000 shows in the US and sold over 40 million tickets this past year. Over 1,000 employees across various offices and venues are dedicated to bringing the live music experience to fans. They are on their way to another year of record growth, driven in large part by the success of US concerts.

The Vice President Human Resources, US Concerts Division reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, Nadia Rawlinson, and will be a key member of the global HR leadership team.

They will be a member of the divisional leadership team and support the business strategy by working hand-in-hand with the US Concerts President, Bob Roux. Additionally, the VP HR will play a consultative role advising divisional leaders on potential HR solutions, implications and risks of proposed business initiatives and negotiate the balance of aligning the divisional HR priorities with the enterprise-wide HR strategy in a highly decentralized company.
