Hanold Associates recruited Will O’Brien as Chief Human Resources Officer for Angie’s List. Angie’s List helps consumers experience successful transactions with local service professionals in more than 720 categories of service, ranging from home improvement to health care. Their mission is to help the best consumers find the best service providers and promote happy transactions. They’re one of the most trusted and recognized websites based in the Midwest and have been transforming how consumers share information since 1995.
Mr. O’Brien started with Angie’s List in January and reports to Chief Executive Officer, Scott Durchslag. As CHRO, Mr. O’Brien will build upon the organizational capability and culture and will partner with the executive team to drive key strategic pillars that are critical for the organizational survival while aligning talent strategy to enable the company’s scale and results. He will design and implement the longer-term vision and brand of people practices for the organization.
Mr. O’Brien was most recently the Vice President, International Human Resources with Equifax which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
