Hanold Associates recruited Krischelle Tennessen as Chief Human Resources Officer for The Marvin Companies. Marvin Windows & Doors is the world’s largest manufacturer of made-to-order wood window and door products. Heralded throughout the world as an industry leader, Marvin is known for its craftsmanship and rich legacy of producing high-quality and innovative products that are a result of the talents and entrepreneurial spirit of the people who have worked there for more than a century.
Ms. Tennessen started with Marvin in January and is based at their headquarters in Warroad, Minnesota. She reports directly to Paul Marvin. Ms. Tennessen will build upon the rich legacy, organizational capability and proud culture and community commitment of Marvin. She will provide consultative HR support and counsel, align business planning and processes to drive the human capital strategy needed to support the organization’s mission.
Ms. Tennessen was most recently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Kum & Go, based in Des Moines, Iowa.
