Kristin is a Partner at Hanold Associates focused on recruiting HR leaders across the function, including the sub-functions of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, People Analytics, Talent Management, and Total Rewards. She prides herself on developing a deep understanding of candidate needs and aspirations, both personal and professional, to ensure that there is a strong fit and sense of fulfillment. It is this thoughtfulness and ability to build lasting relationships that allows her to execute on Hanold Associates’ client needs.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Kristin served as a recruiter with McKinsey & Company, based in the Chicago office, where she focused on recruiting high-caliber candidates into the firm. Before McKinsey & Company, Kristin was the Assistant Director of Marketing for The Princeton Review where she was responsible for growing the business for their graduate programs in the Chicago metro area. In this role, she developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns to identify prospective customers and convert them to clients.
Kristin graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She’s an avid reader, a workout enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
