Vein Clinics of America Taps Hanold Associates for HR Director Search

Hanold Associates has launched the Director of Human Resources search for PE-backed Vein Clinics of America. Kile Hanold and Omar Safi and lead the search for the role based in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Vein Clinics of America (VCA) is the largest network of physicians in the country that provides specialized treatment for patients suffering from vein diseases. They are the leading provider of treatments for chronic venous insufficiency (e.g., varicose veins) primarily through vein ablation and sclerotherapy procedures. Their patients have access to enhanced procedures that utilize minimally invasive image guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of multiple diseased organ systems.

Established in 1981 by a Chicago doctor driven to treat the affliction that had affected his family for generations, VCA has expanded to 58 facilities across 14 states, supported by over 750 employees. In 2017, Vein Clinics of America was acquired by the PE group Frazier Healthcare as an addition to their portfolio of healthcare and health science investments.

Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources & CIO, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees and manage and direct the day-to-day human resource functions for the company.
