Alliant Energy Appoints HR Director from Search by Hanold Associates

Alliant Energy has appointed Sara Boettcher as Director of Human Resources Consulting & Employee Experiences, based in Madison, Wisconsin. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Prospero and Sandra Peña led the search.

Sara Boettcher comes to Alliant from Molson Coors Beverage Company where she held various leadership positions. Reporting to Diane Cooke, the Vice President of Human Resources & Safety at Alliant, Ms. Boettcher will drive transformation in the people processes, services and solutions.
