Austria’s Mondi Group Appoints VP Human Resources from Search Led by Hanold Associates

Mondi Group, based in Vienna, Austria, names LaRae Lafrenz as Vice President Human Resources, North America. Ms. Lafrenz will be based in Chicago, Illinois. Kile Hanold and Sandra Peña led the search.

LaRae Lafrenz comes to the Mondi Group from True Partners Consulting where she was the Head of Human Resources. As VP Human Resources, North America, Ms. Lafrenz will report to Michael Hakes, the global CHRO of Mondi, and be responsible for leading the HR function of Mondi throughout North America, including ten manufacturing sites across both the United States and Mexico. She will serve as the regional HR focal point for all employees based in the North America geography (approximately 1,700).
