Reporting to the newly appointed Chief People Officer, Kenny Gardner, the Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for defining the Total Rewards strategy for the company. Leading a team of 30+ members, this leader will design, implement, communicate and administer all compensation and benefits initiatives. Key actions will include developing a vision for the company’s Total Rewards strategy, implementing a new compensation technology platform and evaluating and structuring their team.
