DaVita Kidney Care has retained Hanold Associates for the Vice President, Labor Relations search, based in Denver. Keri Gavin, Kile Hanold and Lisa Butkus are leading the search for this role.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer of DaVita, Kenny Gardner, the Vice President, Labor Relations will serve as the key leader for all company efforts related to Labor Relations. This leader will be developing and organizing consistent policies and procedures relating to Labor Relations throughout the organization. Partnering closely with the People Services Team, s/he will build and implement a vision for strategic and proactive initiatives to boost Employee Relations.
