The VP Talent Management will report to the VP of Talent, Rewards and Systems and provide strategic direction for all global talent efforts for Flextronics. This global leadership and operations role has responsibility for centrally creating, implementing, and managing all of talent management, leadership, management and professional development, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness strategies and processes for Flextronics around the world.
