Hanold Associates has been tapped for the Chief Human Resources Officer search for Alta Resources.
Reporting to Alta Resources Founder and CEO, Jim Bere, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a critical member of the executive team and partner with each of the business units and global geographies. They’ll be located in the firm’s headquarters in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Alta Resources is a market leader in integrated Business-Process-Outsourcing (BPO) services: customer care, sales, e-commerce and fulfillment. The company’s customer care services include inbound contact-center, loyalty programs, technical support, crisis communication, online services and cross and up-sell opportunities, as well as lead capture, qualification and management and sales solutions comprising direct, healthcare, licensed agents, professional, retail and team sales.
