Hanold Associates Launches Search for Vail Resorts CHRO

Hanold Associates has been retained by Vail Resorts for the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer search. Reporting to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rob Katz, the Chief Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Vail Resorts’ talent-related functions and will be an integral member of the executive leadership team and contribute to the strategy, competitive advantage, execution and risk management of the company. The role is based in Broomfield, Colorado and the search will be led for the third time by Jason Hanold. Jason previously led the search for the current incumbent, Mark Gasta, who was in the role for over nine years.
