Hanold Associates has recruited AbbVie’s Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Sheila Stygar, formerly of PepsiCo. Katie Traines and Jason Hanold led the search for this Chicago-based role.
The former Vice President of Global Talent Center of Excellence at PepsiCo, Sheila Stygar, joins AbbVie where she will be responsible for developing, defining, communicating and implementing global talent acquisition strategies. Ms. Stygar will be an essential leader in shifting the talent acquisition function to a consultative, client-centric approach with a strong focus on partnership and building relationships with Human Resources Business Partners across AbbVie where she will be responsible for approximately 6,000 hires annually.
