Dionne Hayden joins CNA from Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) where she worked as Senior Counsel, Legal & Compliance. At CNA, Ms. Hayden will be responsible for functional expertise in complex employee relations projects and initiatives. Directly reporting to the Vice President of Employee Relations, she will provide direction and expertise to mitigate employee risk and ensure compliance while contributing to the development of employee relations and equal employment opportunity strategies.
