Hanold Associates has recruited Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Raymond James. Pedro Suriel will be based in St Petersburg, Florida. Keri Gavin and Ashley Schiele led the search.

Pedro Suriel joins Raymond James from Cook Ross where he worked as the Managing Director of Client Services. At Raymond James, reporting to the Vice President of Talent, Mr. Suriel is responsible for building and implementing the firm-wide Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. He will develop engagement, education and measurement initiatives that support the firm’s objectives in the areas of establishing diverse talent pipelines, having an inclusive work environment and educating the associate workforce.
