Capital Group has appointed Erin Urwin as People Analytics Senior Manager based in Irvine, California. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Ashley Schiele led the search.
Erin Urwin comes to Capital Group from Deloitte Services LP where she worked as Talent Reporting & Analytics Manager. As the People Analytics Senior Manager for Capital Group, Ms. Urwin will be an integral member of Capital’s global HR team and responsible for framing the firm’s people analytics agenda. She will help to drive data-driven decision making across HR and manage and develop the HR Analytics team.
