Hanold Associates has recruited Westinghouse Electric Company’s Vice President of Human Resources and Global Operations Services, Ronita Banerjee. Katrina Prospero and Sandra Peña led the search for this role based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Ronita Banerjee comes to Westinghouse Electric from Honeywell Inc. where she worked as Global HR Director then Global HR Vice President. At Westinghouse, reporting to the EVP People and Culture (CHRO), she will play a key role as a strategic business partner to the Executive Vice President of the Global Operations Services business. Through a team of HR professionals supporting the various business organizations, Ms. Banerjee will be responsible for supporting overall strategy, direction and operational leadership from a human resources perspective. She will leverage and build upon existing and newly created resource programs to support the achievement of business strategies and facilitate the change associated with a growth company.
