Raymond James has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion search. Jason Hanold, Keri Gavin and Ashley Schiele are leading the search located at Raymond James’ St. Petersburg, Florida headquarters.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for building and implementing the firm-wide Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. This solutions-oriented leader will develop engagement, education and measurement initiatives that support the firm’s objectives in the areas of establishing diverse talent pipelines, having an inclusive work environment and educating the associate workforce.
