Harris Associates appoints Chief HR Officer from Search Led by Hanold Associates

Harris Associates has appointed Erin Yarnall as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), based in Chicago. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Ashley Schiele led the search.

Erin Yarnall comes to Harris Associates from leadership positions at Cars.com and Achievement Asset Management, LLC. As CHRO at Harris Associates, Ms. Yarnall will oversee management of its most important asset – its people. Reporting to the President, she will work closely with the executive leadership team and operating committee to lead all Human Resources activities to align and scale a proactive and strategic HR function to meet the ongoing growth demands of the business. Leading a team of six HR professionals and four office service professionals, she will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing human resources best practices, while maintaining high talent, engagement, performance and culture goals.
