Invitation Homes Appoints EVP and Chief HR Officer from Search Led by Hanold Associates

Invitation Homes has appointed Elizabeth Galloway as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in Dallas. Hanold Associates’ Keri Gavin, Mayank Parikh and Jason Hanold led the search.

Prior to joining Invitation Homes, Ms. Galloway was CHRO of home décor retailer At Home. Previously, she held human resources leadership positions with PepsiCo, Owens Corning and Marathon Petroleum Company. At Invitation Homes, she will report to Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dallas Tanner, and partner with the rest of the executive team to shape the business strategy. Responsible for overall alignment of the organization’s people and business objectives, Ms. Galloway will drive a continuous improvement mindset across the HR team and broader organization.
