KBP Investments has appointed Magdalena Wyko as Head of Talent Acquisition for KBP Foods, based in the Greater Kansas City area. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña led the search.

Magdalena Wyko comes to KBP from Bealls, Inc. where she held various Talent Acquisition roles, progressing in tenure. As Head of Talent Acquisition at KBP, she will design and apply effective strategies that will attract and acquire qualified employees to the rapidly growing organization. Reporting to Chief People Officer, Nancy Fox, she will oversee a team of recruiters and recruitment analysts/strategists responsible for crafting aggressive sourcing strategies and easy-to-scale recruitment processes for all restaurant-level employees and field operations management roles.
