Firmly committed to diversity and inclusion, Kellogg’s aims to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of their consumer base and wants employees to feel they can be real and authentic. They know that both diversity and inclusions are business imperatives: diversity helps them better understand what consumers want and love, and inclusion helps bolster employee productivity.

The company was formed when production of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes® began at W.K. Kellogg’s newly established Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company in 1906. The ready-to-eat cereal innovation would change the way people eat breakfast worldwide. Now producing revenue of over $13 billion, Kellogg Company is the world’s leading producer of cereal, snacks and frozen foods. Their well-loved brands are manufactured in more than 20 countries and marketed in more than 180 countries.

Kellogg’s is more than a business, they are a diverse, inclusive community of passionate people making a difference around the world while remaining a significant point of differentiation for consumers and other stakeholders. The company continues to bring its heart and soul to life through initiatives such as Breakfast for Better Days, their signature global platform through which they fight hunger around the world supporting farmers, expanding nutritional education programs and partnering with global food banks.
