Reporting to the CEO of Kin + Carta Americas, Kelly Manthey, the Head of People will be the key leader responsible for all people-related decisions within the company. As Solstice continues their transition to Kin + Carta Americas, this role will be focused on uniting multiple operating regions, business units and employees. This leader will be responsible for the most important aspects of the organization: its people and its culture.
