CHICAGO (Dec. 10, 2020) ― Kohler, a household name in kitchen and bath products, has retained Hanold Associates for its Head of Culture, Inclusion and Engagement search. Keri Gavin and Ashley Schiele are leading the search for this role based in Kohler, Wisconsin.

The Head of Culture, Inclusion and Engagement will take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy for Kohler. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent and Diversity, this leader will shape an inclusive culture that fosters a sense of belonging and helps employees become better each day. This leader will also guide Kohler’s DE&I Council, as well as maintain oversight of the company’s Business Resource Groups.
