McDonald’s has retained Hanold Associates to lead the search for their Head of Learning & Development, US. Keri Gavin and Ashley Schiele are leading the Chicago-based search.

Supporting the Senior Vice President, Chief Learning Officer and leading the US segment learning function, the Head of Learning & Development, US will join the Learning & Development Center of Excellence during a period of unprecedented innovation and advancement. This leader will partner broadly across the Global People function, leading and supporting efforts to evolve, build, reimagine and ultimately scale robust solutions across the US segment. This work is aimed at providing employees ample opportunities where learning will result in capability building to support McDonald’s velocity growth plan.
