Reporting to the CEO of MYR Group, Rick Swartz, the Vice President and Head of HR will be responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing the company’s Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. This leader will coach and develop the Human Resources team to continuously improve capabilities, foster best practices and deliver optimal results for the operations and SG&A groups that align with the business. They will be a key contributor to Executive Management, the Disclosure and Administrative Committees, an active advisor to the Compensation Committee and will be responsible for contributing to culture improvements, organizational effectiveness, policy alignment, industry leading benefits and ongoing procedures to best support the business and its growth strategy.
