PE-backed Centria Healthcare has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President of Talent Acquisition search based in the Detroit area. Katrina Prospero and Ashley Schiele are leading the search.
As demand for autism services continues to increase, Centria Healthcare plans to scale its business and expand into new geographies. Recognizing that these high-growth plans demand strong talent, the Vice President of Talent Acquisition (VP of TA) will become an integral part of Centria’s business strategy moving forward. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the VP of TA will oversee all of Talent Acquisition for Centria Autism and lead a team of 13+. As the organization continues to grow, this hands-on leader will help guide and develop TA processes, structure, and the team to meet aggressive hiring goals, while also taking on recruitment for executive level roles as necessary.
Centria Healthcare, backed by private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners, is a healthcare provider based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The company provides services through their business units: Centria Autism (providing services for children with autism), Pediatric Nursing (private nurses to provide home care for children with serious medical requirements) and Catastrophic Injury Care (comprehensive programs for individuals requiring long term care after serious accidents).
