Warburg-Pincus backed Pregis has appointed Sara Harris as Chief People Officer. Ms. Harris will be based at the Pregis headquarters in the greater Chicago area. Ashley Schiele and Sandra Peña led the search.
Ms. Harris was previously with Vertiv as the Vice President of Human Resources, Americas.
As Chief People Officer with Pregis, Ms. Harris will report to the CEO and act as a key member of the Pregis leadership team. She will be responsible for developing and executing Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Areas of focus will include organizational development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, employee relations, risk management, labor negotiations, benefits, compensation and payroll.
