Sally Beauty has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President, Global Total Rewards search, based in the Dallas area. Kile Hanold and Katrina Prospero lead the search.

Sally Beauty Holdings is a leading international retailer and distributor of beauty supplies. The company is comprised of two operating segments: Sally Beauty Supply – a retailer offering professional beauty products to both professionals and retail consumers; and Beauty Systems Group – a beauty products distributor/wholesaler, selling exclusively to salons and stylists.

The original Sally Beauty store was founded in New Orleans in 1964. Since then, as the result of years of expansion both domestically and internationally, Sally Beauty Holdings has become the largest distributor of professional beauty supplies in the world. The company currently has 5,156 stores globally, with 4,102 of them in the United States and Puerto Rico. Across 12 countries, nearly 30,000 employees work either full or part time for Sally Beauty.

Reporting directly to the CHRO of Sally Beauty Holdings, Scott Sherman, the VP of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS will be a key member of the HR team. This individual will lead a team of 40 other professionals to oversee all aspects of compensation, benefits and HRIS (including call center) throughout the company. Partnering with leaders from both HR and the business, this leader will make significant contributions with a fiscally sound, global beauty retailer that is undergoing a significant transformation.
