Kile is a Partner with Hanold Associates where he focuses on the full cycle of executive search—from design and management of the search process and client/candidate management to sourcing, selection/assessment and offer process.

Stemming from his success recruiting mid-cap company human resources officers during his 9+ year tenure with the firm, Kile has developed sub-functional expertise around the recruitment of Total Rewards (executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, technology) and Talent Management and HR Operations leaders. He’s served public, private and private equity clients with a recent sample client list including Kellogg’s, Alight, Quest Diagnostics, Cummins, Raymond James, Ferguson, DaVita Kidney Care, CDK Global, JCFS, Moderna, Affinitiv, Myers Industries, Harris Associates and Riddell.

Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Kile was with Federal Program Management (FPM), a consulting firm that specializes in federal government contracts. Some of his clients included BlueScope Steel of Australia, Deere & Company, Siemens of Germany and Saab Barracuda.

Prior to joining FPM, Kile was the Director of Operations for 1iota Productions in Los Angeles. He specialized in audience recruitment and casting for television shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, the MTV Video Music Awards and Red Carpet productions at the Academy Awards. Kile progressed into a leadership role with the firm where he gained extensive experience in the assessment, recruitment and development of team members.

Kile earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management with a dual concentration in marketing and operations.

He enjoys the education achieved through occasional DIY home projects mishaps and the frequent ribbing of his colleagues. As a perpetual competitor and avid runner, Kile actively participates in running events that support charitable organizations.
